PARKOUR TRAINING on 1 NOV 2009

Hey GUYS!! THIS IS AWESOME!!! This Sunday will be an EPIC day for all of us!

Ain't this great, each Parkour Training Session gets better and better!!

We'll be going to Bukit Jalil this time and we will be taking as much photos as we can. So dress well of you want to!!

12.00PM - 1.00PM : To Bukit Jalil by LRT
1.00PM - 3.00PM : Training
3.00PM - 4.00PM : To Tasik Aman by LRT

WELCOME NEW MEMBERS!

First of all..

Today we ROCKED Tasik Aman!! More and more of our members are becoming Parkour Pros. Some learn fast, some slower.. LOL

Anyhow, for those of you who missed it, here's some of the things we did..

We started of with some basic movements like rolls and vaulting. Which are essential in Parkour. Rolls are meant to be used when jumping off high heights, they break your fall so that your knees won't shatter.

Vaulting however is meant for going over obstacles. So instead of going around it, you go over it like a PRO! More efficient cause you won't lose momentum and can continue running after that.

Then we trained our fingers.. go to any of our seniors,, we all got small mice in our fingers.. we can flex them. HEH! We can wrestle someone with our fingers and still win.

Anyhow, pictures will be put up soon enough for your viewing pleasure..
