Okay, so i heard you guys did some really cool stuff and i missed it. DARN!! Our president has decided, its time to put what you learnt and perfected to use in the real hard cruel world!! MUAHAHAHAHA

This week we're going paramount at 3.00 - 5.00pm. So meet up at HELP at 2pm, and we'll all go there to enjoy our run. Adam, please take nice shots of everyone and send to me. We wanna do your Parkour Profile picture ASAP! So guys, think of your best move and take a shot!!

I gotta admit. Im impressed with the results on Sunday. Most of you did really well.I'm amazed!! Especially Nixon's new friend. Bring him again bro!! He got the potential LOL!!! Wow... Looks like we can bring all of this to the next level!!! We can push more!! YEA!! Next exam will be tougher!! HAHA.!!

Anyhow, let's go do something bout ourselves now that we know where we stand. Gym is the place where we can throw ourselves everywhere without worrying about getting hurt so let's do that.

Parkour Examination Week

Hey guys,

the time has come....

4 months you have trained..

Now it's the time to test if you've learnt anything... Or have you been just Yoinking around...

HERE IS THE TIME TO PROVE YOURSELF!!!

Coming this week, on the 2nd of May 2010, Parkour Club HELP University College will be having its first Official Exam Day. Where all you members will be tested and marked accordingly. The person who successfully gets through will be ranked on the Parkour Official Website.. And may your greatness be known to all.

This won't be easy.

Meet us at HELP UC Main Block Carpark at 2.00PM and we shall take you the the Examination Grounds.
