Awesome Parkour and Freerunning
This is AWESOME!! Just 3 things.
1. Our aim is to be like this dude (the Parkour parts, the smooth executions).
2. We need a gym like that

PARKOUR TRAINING
hey guys!!
The next parkour session is up and this time we're running and going spontaneous. So if u get Jay or Aris or David infront, pray before hand ;) We're gonna do indian run the PARKOUR STYLE. and guys. it has never been done before and I think if we are good at it. We can organize up and break for the longest Indian Run Parkour Style. (I AM SERIOUS!!!!)
time: 1.00PM to.3.00PM
day: SUNDAY
venue: BUKIT JALIL
date: 22 NOVEMBER 2009
We're meeting at HELP UNI at 11.30AM and leaving at 12.30PM as usual and driving there.
As far as i know, Desmond, Gin Chye, Wei Zhong, Louis, Faidhi, will be going there themselves.
