Do the Shimmy

Hey guys. Apparently it's pretty easy to train for Shimmy. We've tested it and it works. HAHA. Here's what you do for all you people who wanna nail that shimmy.

Now shimmy is more or less all about how strong your fingers are. So you don't exactly need arms strength or upper body strength. The most important part are your fingers. Therefore, all you have to get are those hand trainers and use them daily for 15 times, 3 sets. So all together 45 times. But of course, get the 20kg Hand trainers. Not the 5kg. If you can get heavier, all the better.

And by a week, you'll be able to do the shimmy Check it out!!!
